Aims

• To improve maternal and child health outcomes in Nigeria and beyond through evidence-based interventions, advocacy, and community-centered care.

• To strengthen health systems by integrating research, monitoring, and evaluation into policy and practice. 

• To reduce preventable maternal and child morbidity and mortality during disease outbreaks and other health emergencies.

Objectives

• Research & Innovation: Conduct rigorous maternal and child health research that informs policy, practice, and program design. 

• Capacity Building: Train healthcare providers, community health workers, and caregivers on best practices in maternal and child health.

• Community Engagement: Empower women, families, and communities with health education, resources, and support services.

• Monitoring & Evaluation: Develop and implement frameworks to track program effectiveness, outcomes, and impact.

•  Advocacy & Partnerships: Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and international partners to advance policies that safeguard mothers and children.

• Emergency Response: Provide targeted interventions during disease outbreaks and humanitarian crises to protect vulnerable mothers and infants.
